1. Conduct Staff Retention Assessment *
The assessment involves a specific need area (e.g., retention of new hires). This is a stand-alone service, or it can be combined with Phases Two through Phase Four. You will receive a report that includes findings, recommendations, and next steps for your healthcare organization.
2. Develop Retention Strategy and Tailored Action Plan *
Based upon the assessment report, a strategy will be selected for focus. During working sessions, a tailored action plan will be created that includes main steps, milestones and key performance indicators to track staff retention.
3. Implement Tailored Action Plan
During implementation, your team takes the lead to implement the collaborative tailored action plan. Your team will track retention of caring staff. Check-ins will occur with the team lead to report updates.
4. Review Staff Retention Results
During the three-month review meeting, initial results will be discussed. Wins will be identified and challenges will be examined. Next steps for continuous improvement will be documented for you.
