Your healthcare organization may not be operating at full capacity.
You want to meet the demand for your services from current and prospective clients. However, you need to attract more healthcare workers in order to meet the growing service demands from existing clients. You need to attract more healthcare staff before being able to enroll prospective clients.
There is opportunity for growth.
Your caring staff are working overtime to meet the growing needs of existing clients. Yet, the overtime hours are diminishing your healthcare organization's cash flow, and the chronic overtime can jeopardize your organization's profitability.
You desire to attract loyal staff.
How do you attract loyal staff to your agency? What are the underlying reasons why staff are attracted to your nursing home, home health, home care agency, or hospital?
What would be the impact of attracting loyal staff to your healthcare organization? What would be the impact for you in attracting loyal staff?
Our four-phase, "The Fullest Potential Approach to Attract Healthcare Staff" is collaboratively designed to fit your organization's needs by delivering tailored solutions for your staff attraction challenges.
Not sure what you need? Start with our assessment.
The assessment involves a specific need area (e.g., attraction of loyal caregivers). It is a stand-alone service, or it can be combined with Phases 2 through Phase 4. You will receive a report that includes findings, recommendations, and next steps for your healthcare organization.
Based upon the assessment report, a strategy will be selected for focus. During working sessions, a tailored action plan will be created that includes main steps, milestones and key performance indicators to track staff attraction.
During Phase 3, your team takes the lead to implement the collaborative tailored action plan. Your team will track attraction of loyal staff. Check-ins will occur with team lead to report updates.
During the three-month review meeting, initial results will be discussed. Wins will be identified and challenges will be examined. Next steps for continuous improvement will be documented for you.
* Phase 1 or Phase 2 can be selected individually or as part of a complete package.
Working together to see and take a different approach.
