About Our Founder
Sabrina Nichelle Scott, PhD, MBA
As a trained cultural anthropologist with a specialization in business anthropology, coupled with graduate training in business administration, Dr. Scott became keenly aware of the magnitude of human and organizational challenges in nursing homes, home health agencies, home care agencies, and hospitals during the 31 years of taking care of her grandmothers.
Dr. Scott's understanding of work culture differences equipped her as a team member to assess a nursing home that struggled with caregiver retention. Years later, this nursing home achieved five consecutive years of caregiver retention. With increased revenues from improved retention and growing market demand, the nursing home's management company was able to invest in a second nursing home.
Before founding Fullest Potential Consulting, Inc., Dr. Scott worked for small and large employers and clients in public health, health information technology, workforce development, new product development, market research, brand research, and shopper insights.
Some of her employers were the Florida Department of Health in Duval County (formerly Duval County Health Department), NYC Health + Hospitals, and clients such as Broward Employment Training Administration, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and NYC Health + Hospitals/Home Care.
Dr. Scott earned a BA in anthropology from Barnard College, Columbia University, an MBA from the University of North Florida, and a PhD in cultural anthropology from the University of Florida. Dr. Scott earned a certificate from The Executive Education Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth | MassMutual.
You will find her listening to gospel music and exploring museums in her spare time.
